This is an individually-tested, working Panasonic/Matsushita MN3207 1024-stage long delay low noise Bucket Brigade (BBD) IC. It provides a signal delay of up to 51.2ms. This is an analog delay technology.
This IC has been out of production for a while, so the only remaining units are New Old-Stock (NOS). Even with the NOS units, there is a failure rate of ~2-3% for remaining stock. Because these have not been in production for quite some time, we cannot acquire these through our normal disribution channels. To assure that our customers only receive working NOS parts, we test every unit in a chorus circuit to assure that it works correctly before making it available for sale here.
After a year of being on a waiting list, we finally have been able to obtain CoolAudio V3207D IC's. These are modern/current reproductions of the MN3207. We'll continue to carry these MN3207 in addition to the V3207 as long as we can source them.
These are guaranteed to be individually tested, working ICs.
